We had a big fundraising gala for my work recently. I hadn't planned on Scott coming because I had just seen him the week before. With the price of gas these days...we don't usually see each other more than twice a month.
BUT...right after yoga the night before I got a call from him saying he was at his brother's house in Kaysville! I was so surprised that he had driven that far to see me again, and to help out with the gala.
He even ended up saving the day at it by getting our credit card machine to work. I had given up on it, but after 20 minutes on the phone with a customer service guy, he had it up and running. He definitely has the approval of my boss now! It was an awesome weekend, I'm so glad he came. He's so supportive!
